Refunds and Exchanges

OUR EXCHANGE POLICY

Within 30 days of purchase, if you need an EXCHANGE for a different size contact us at sales@CareRingCover.com. Please tell us your needs and we will contact you within 2 business days.

  • If exchanging there is no need to return the product, we ask you to share it with a friend! We appreciate your help, so we will send you the exchange product for free!
  • If you do not want to share it then please let us know at: sales@CareRingCover.com and we will send you a postage paid return label to send it back to us. Two complimentary exchanges are allowed per customer, per year but can be extended through permission of CareRing.
  • If you are expecting a return shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking information, once the outbound shipment has been sent.
  • OUR REFUND POLICY

Within 30 days of purchase, if you need a REFUND for any reason please contact us at sales@CareRingCover.com. Tell us your reason for requesting a refund and we will get back to you within 2 business days.

If you are expecting a refund, credit will be submitted to your bank within three business days. It may take your bank up to 10 business days to post the funds to your account. Orders paid for through PayPal will be credited back to your PayPal account within 2 week.

  • We will then send you a postage paid return label to return the product or ask you to share with a friend to help spread the word about CareRing. Two complimentary returns are allowed per customer, per year.

OUR INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE POLICY

Within 45 days of purchase, if you need an exchange we will have to charge you shipping to ship you the replacement product. We offer trial size orders if you are unsure of your size and hope for international orders you take advantage of this to learn your size to avoid size exchange.

  • Please email us at sales@CareRingCover.com and tell us your needs. We will get back to you within 2 business days. We ask you to share the product you are exchanging with a friend and pay only the shipping charge for us to send the new product to you. Please give us your written permission through email to charge shipping and send what product you need in exchange. If we want the original order back we will provide a postage paid return label.

CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER

If you would like to change or cancel an order please email sales@CareRingCover.com. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.
